SKILLSOOP is assisting a leading global organization in the Leisure, Entertainment, and Hospitality sector. With a presence in over 100 countries and more than 15,000 facilities worldwide, our client is a dominant force in the industry. We have been engaged to support the recruitment of a newly established position within their procurement function.
This high-impact role focuses on expanding the organization’s well-established procurement capabilities in Food & Beverage and Consumables by engaging third-party businesses within the sector. The objective is to drive new revenue opportunities and deliver greater cost efficiencies through strategic procurement partnerships.
The role involves significant domestic travel and requires a combination of industry knowledge and commercial acumen across F&B, hospitality, business development, account management, and procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a transformative business development strategy to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Drive revenue growth by positioning procurement as a value-adding business partner.
- Influence and manage senior stakeholders internally and externally to ensure alignment between procurement services and business objectives.
- Establish a high-performing sales framework centered on long-term, strategic partnerships.
- Lead the commercial transition from a rebate-based model to a transaction-based revenue model.
- Collaborate closely with the supply chain team to deliver tailored, efficient procurement solutions that meet client-specific needs.

- A seasoned, strategic leader with a strong track record in business development, commercial growth, or sales—experience within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and grow client relationships while delivering measurable results.
