The Global Category Lead for Contract Manufacturing, the role is pivotal in managing intricate supply chains associated with contract manufacturing sources on a global scale. Responsibilities will include developing procurement strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring efficient supplier relationships. You will be instrumental in driving cost savings, optimizing processes, and contributing to the success of new product launches.

Cost Out: Using data and category insights to deliver cost out plans to forecast movements for company planning processes & maximize margin accretion for growth markets/categories.
Regulatory Compliance: Navigating regulatory requirements specific to contract manufacturing (such as safety standards, ESG regulations, and export/import Incoterms) across diverse markets is essential.
